FILI CORE
Pilates inspired movement aimed to stabilize and mobilize the whole body using body weight and equipment. Movement in this class is guided by the breath. This class is ideal for all levels, as sequences layer and build in intensity.
FILI STRENGTH
Strength training built for the Sea to Sky lifestyle. Expect functional movements, resistance training, heavy carries, and unilateral stability to build strength, agility, and resilience for everything you do outside the studio.
FILI RECOVER
Built to support how you move outdoors, this mobility-focused class is designed to help you move better and go further. Expect a slow, intentional pace with an emphasis on breath, control, and alignment.
