FILI CORE
Pilates inspired movement aimed to stabilize and mobilize the whole body using body weight and equipment. Movement in this class is guided by the breath and the beat of the music. This class is ideal for all levels, as sequences layer and build in intensity.
FILI STRENGTH
Strength programming is designed to complement your Sea to Sky life from hiking, biking, running and to everything in between. Expect dumbbell and kettlebell circuits, interval training, AMRAPS and much more.
POWER SCULPT FLOW
Yoga sculpt with a little extra fire using weights, bands an blocks. Expect vinyasa style sequencing using light weights, blocks and breath led movement.
FILI FUNK
Get out of your head and into your body. In this class we are fuelled by good, loud music as we move to heart pumping cardio sequences, whole-body activation and a real good time. Expect to leave invigorated and ready to take on the day. This class is designed for all levels and will have sequences that build in intensity with impact and no impact options

FILI CORE Foundations is all about activation—building deep core engagement from the ground up. This class blends classic mat Pilates with contemporary sculpt sequences and breath-focused movement to create a strong, stable foundation. Expect precise, intentional exercises that awaken your core and enhance overall strength.
