Late Cancellation Fee Waive Request
Life happens, and we understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly.
As a benefit of your eligible FILI Unlimited Membership*, you may request up to two late cancellation fee waivers per month. Please note that this benefit applies to late cancellation fees only and does not include no-show fees.
To submit a request, please complete the form below within three days of the $10 late cancellation fee being charged to your account.
Once approved, the $10 fee will be refunded to the original payment method used for the charge, and a refund receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your FILI account.
Requests submitted outside of the three-day window may not be eligible for approval.
